ASRY Exhibits at Top Singapore Show

MANAMA: ASRY, the leading ship and rig repair yard in the Arabian Gulf, has showcased its product and services at Sea Asia, 2017, the renowned Singapore-based maritime exhibition. ASRY used the growing show as a platform to boost its presence in the important Singapore ship repair market, which represents one of the more significant customer bases for the yard.

“Singapore is one of our top three markets, and Sea Asia brings nearly all of this territory’s major clients to one place,” said ASRY Ship Repair General Manager Magdy Sharkawy, who attended the show with ASRY Business Development Manager Arran Dall.

Sea Asia 2017 is organised every two years to bring together the vibrant maritime community in and around Singapore. This year, over 16,000 professionals attended from approximately 80 countries, to discuss critical issues, network and close deals. 2017’s show stretched over two floors of the Marina Bay Sands convention centre, with over 400 exhibitors. Singapore’s Co-ordinating Minister of Infrastructure and Minister for Transport, Khaw Boon Wan, inaugurated the event.
